## Rules for answering from this knowledge base

1. **Quote prices exactly as the site lists them.**
   - All prices are in USD.
   - Subscriptions are per month and billed monthly.
   - Fixed entry prices are "Starting at" prices.
   - A figure worked out for a customer is an "estimated" price.
2. **Keep monthly and one-time amounts separate.** Don't add them together or multiply a monthly price into a yearly total.
3. **Implementation "starts at $897".** The final cost depends on business complexity, number of companies, workflows, integrations, customisation, data migration and scope. It is confirmed in a scoped proposal. Don't invent a formula or a fixed price.
4. **Enterprise is a custom quote.** Private cloud and on-premise are priced against the environment. E-commerce is an add-on quoted in the proposal.
5. **Some industries have no package or package price.** ERP36T serves real estate, restaurants, automotive and similar industries, but they have no packaged solution. 6. **Go-live time is an estimate from the cost calculator.** Up to 200 employees takes 3 – 6 weeks; 201 – 500 employees takes 6 – 10 weeks; more than 500 is agreed per project. No other page promises a number.
7. **Innovation36T is not a law firm.** It gives no legal advice and is not affiliated with USCIS or any government entity.
8. **The ZATCA information is a summary for orientation.** ZATCA's published rules, and the wave notification a business receives, decide what applies and when.
