# Free demo, free ERP assessment and the ERP cost calculator

The site offers three ways in, depending on how far along a visitor is: **Book a Free ERP Demo**, **Calculate Your ERP Cost** and **Get a Free ERP Assessment**. The closing band of most pages carries the line "Bring one transaction. We'll run it end to end."

## Free ERP demo (/demo/)

**"See ERP36T run your business."** A live demo built around your operation. Bring one of your own transactions (a sales order, a 3PL receipt, a production run) and we run it end to end in ERP36T. No cost, no obligation.

**What you'll see:**
- one of your own transactions, from the first document to the posted accounts
- the workflow for your industry: distribution, 3PL, manufacturing, retail, or any of 15+ others
- inventory, purchasing, sales, CRM and accounting working on one database
- the reports and dashboards your team would use day to day
- how pricing, implementation and data migration would work for you

**How it works:**
1. **Request:** tell us about your business in the form.
2. **Arrange:** we reply within one business day to agree a time that suits you.
3. **See it live:** we run ERP36T on your transaction and answer your questions.

Plans start at $299 per month, with hosting, updates and standard support included.

## Free ERP assessment (/assessment/)

**"Find out if your business is ready for ERP."** Thirty minutes, no cost, no obligation. Tell us how you run today and we'll tell you honestly whether ERP is the right move and, if it is, what it would take.

**What the assessment covers:**
- where your current systems are costing you time
- which processes ERP36T would take over first
- a live walkthrough of a transaction you already know
- what migrating off your current system involves
- an indicative plan, timeline and investment
- an honest answer if ERP is not the right move yet

**What happens after you send it:**
1. We reply within one business day to arrange a 30-minute call at a time that suits you.
2. On the call we go through how you run today and walk through one transaction you know well.
3. You get a short ERP readiness summary with an indicative plan, timeline and investment, or an honest answer if ERP isn't the right move yet.

## The demo and assessment request form

One form serves the demo page, the assessment page, every industry and switching landing page, and the Saudi Arabia and ZATCA pages. At the top the visitor chooses **"A live ERP36T demo"** or **"A free ERP assessment"**. Links ending in `#demo` or `#assessment` pre-select the choice, and a landing page pre-selects the visitor's industry.

## ERP cost calculator (/calculator/)

**"Nine questions. A real number to plan against."** The calculator estimates your monthly subscription, one-time implementation and data migration, using the same inputs the team uses before a proposal. It walks through nine steps (eight questions, then the estimate). Nothing advances automatically; the step changes only when the visitor presses **Continue**. Answers are kept if the page is refreshed, and the browser's Back and Forward buttons move between steps.

### How the estimate is worked out

**Plan.** The plan follows the number of ERP users and the capabilities chosen:
- **By users:** up to 5 is Starter; 6 – 15 is Business; 16 – 50 is Professional; more than 50 is Enterprise.
- **By capability:** some capabilities need a higher plan. Manufacturing needs Professional. HR & payroll, projects, retail/POS, construction, immigration, portals, BI and e-commerce need at least Business.
- **By industry:** each selected industry needs at least its own plan. Manufacturing, healthcare, lending, telecoms and energy start at Professional.
- **Other triggers:** more than 500 employees means Enterprise. Six or more integrations means at least Professional.

**Monthly subscription.** Plan price, plus additional users at the plan's rate, plus the industry package where one applies:
- One packaged industry adds its own package.
- Several packaged industries add the largest one.
- The optional AI package is its own line: ERP subscription + AI add-on = the monthly estimate. AI Basic adds $50 and AI Advanced $100. Agentic AI shows "Custom quote", isn't added, and the result notes that it is quoted separately. AI never changes the implementation estimate.
- The result is shown as "Starting from $X /month", with the note: "Note: This is an estimated price only. Final pricing will be adjusted based on your business needs after discussion."
- Enterprise shows "Custom quote".

**Implementation.** A one-time estimate for the configuration. Implementation starts at $897; the final cost is confirmed in a scoped proposal.

**Data migration (optional).** $0 if none is needed. Otherwise a starting price: master data $1,500; plus opening balances $2,400; full history $3,900.

**Optional services.**
- Optional add-ons show $0.
- Priority support is $0 until chosen on Starter and Business, "Included" on Professional, and "Contractual SLA" on Enterprise.

**Estimated time to go-live.**
- Up to 200 employees: 3 – 6 weeks.
- 201 – 500 employees: 6 – 10 weeks.
- More than 500: agreed per project.

The result also names the recommended build:
- one packaged industry, e.g. "ERP36T Distribution"
- several industries: "ERP36T {plan} · {n}-industry build"
- otherwise, the plan name

A side panel repeats every input.

> Estimates are indicative and non-binding. A scoped proposal confirms the final figure.

**Next step from the result:** "Want a detailed proposal?" A short form (name, company and business email required) asks the team to turn the estimate into a scoped proposal with a fixed implementation price and a go-live date.
