Built for the Kingdom

What a Saudi business needs from its ERP.

Compliance, language and currency are not add-ons in Saudi Arabia. In ERP36T they sit in the same system as your stock, sales, purchasing and people.

ZATCA e-invoicing

Tax invoices and simplified tax invoices generated from the sales order, point-of-sale sale or accounting entry that created them, to ZATCA's e-invoicing requirements.

VAT on every document

VAT applied through tax templates on sales and purchase documents, with tax withholding where it applies — and posted to the ledger as each transaction is saved.

Accounting module

Arabic and English

A full right-to-left Arabic interface alongside English, so finance, warehouse and branch staff each work in their own language on the same records.

ERP36T بالعربية

Saudi riyals and other currencies

Books kept in SAR, with purchasing and sales in other currencies and exchange-rate revaluation in the same ledger — no parallel spreadsheet.

Branches and companies

Branches, warehouses and companies under one login, with inter-company transactions and consolidated reporting from the Professional plan.

Your data where you want it

Managed cloud, a private cloud under your own tenancy for data-residency requirements, or on-premise on your own hardware.

Modules

One database behind every department.

A sale moves through stock, into accounting and onto the dashboard without being entered twice. Each module below opens its full description.

Industries

ERP36T solutions for Saudi industries.

Each solution ships with the capabilities its industry runs on, already configured — plus ZATCA e-invoicing, VAT and the Arabic interface.

Across the Kingdom

Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and beyond.

ERP36T serves businesses across Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC. Discovery, configuration and migration run remotely, and our team is in the room for training, the parallel run and go-live.

We start with your operating procedures, then fit the platform to them — because most ERP projects fail on process rather than software.

No three vendors pointing at each other.

  • ERP36T implementation, helpdesk and updates

Questions

ERP in Saudi Arabia: common questions.

What is ERP36T?

ERP36T is a complete business management platform built and run by Innovation36T. Accounting, sales, purchasing, inventory, point of sale, CRM, HR and payroll, manufacturing, projects and AI run on one database, deployed in the cloud, a private cloud or on-premise.

Does ERP36T support ZATCA e-invoicing?

Yes. ERP36T supports ZATCA e-invoicing for businesses in Saudi Arabia: tax invoices and simplified tax invoices are generated from the transaction that created them, and onboarding to ZATCA's FATOORA platform is set up during implementation. See ZATCA e-invoicing in ERP36T.

Is ERP36T available in Arabic?

Yes. ERP36T has a full Arabic interface with a right-to-left layout, alongside English. Each user chooses their own language and works on the same records.

Can we keep our books in Saudi riyals?

Yes. The ledger is multi-currency with exchange-rate revaluation, so you can report in SAR while buying and selling in other currencies.

How much does ERP36T cost in Saudi Arabia?

Plans start at $299 per month for 5 users (Starter), $599 for 10 users (Business) and $999 for 30 users (Professional), with hosting, updates and standard support included. Implementation is priced at three months of the subscription, and Enterprise is quoted against the estate. See pricing.

Do you work with businesses outside Riyadh?

Yes. ERP36T serves businesses across Saudi Arabia, including Jeddah and Dammam, and in the wider GCC. Most of the project runs remotely, with our team on site for training and go-live.

Can we move from QuickBooks, Odoo, SAP Business One or Excel?

Yes. Migration is scoped and priced separately from implementation: customers, suppliers, items, opening balances and as much history as you choose to carry. See the QuickBooks, Odoo, SAP Business One and Excel pages.

Who hosts and supports the system?

Innovation36T. Cloud hosting, updates, backups, monitoring and standard support are inside the subscription; private cloud and on-premise are priced against the environment. The same team runs the helpdesk after go-live.
