Privacy Policy
Effective date: January 01, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Innovation36T LLC ("Innovation36T", "i36T", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and safeguards information when you use www.i36t.com and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Important Notices (USCIS / Government Case Status)
Innovation36T LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by USCIS or any government entity.
If the Service provides case status lookup or case update functionality (for example, using a USCIS receipt number), you authorize us to submit lookup requests on your behalf and to display any returned information to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any case identifiers you provide.
1. Log Data
When you access the Service, we may automatically collect certain information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring pages, approximate location derived from IP address, and other usage statistics ("Log Data").
2. Cookies, Tracking Tools, and Opt-Out Options
We may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service, remember preferences, understand usage, and improve performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may impact functionality.
3. Information Collection and Use
We may collect information that can be used to contact or identify you, including:
- Identity / contact information: such as name, email address, phone number, and business information.
- Account information: such as login credentials and profile settings if you create an account.
- Application / case information (PII): such as USCIS receipt numbers and other identifiers you provide for tracking or lookup features. We treat USCIS receipt numbers as Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
- Payment information: if you purchase services, payments may be processed by third parties; we may receive limited confirmation details (e.g., transaction ID).
Some information is collected automatically (e.g., Log Data). If you choose not to provide certain information, we may not be able to provide parts of the Service.
4. How We Use Information
We may use information to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
- Perform case lookups or updates at your direction and present results to you.
- Communicate with you about support requests, changes, and service-related messages.
- Monitor for fraud, abuse, security issues, and technical problems.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations and enforce our terms.
Receipt number usage (Case Status API): If you provide a USCIS receipt number, we use it to submit a request to the USCIS Case Status API (or other USCIS case status endpoints, as applicable) in order to retrieve the latest case status and related updates, and to display those results back to you inside the Service.
5. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" feature. Because there is no consistent industry standard, we do not currently respond to all "Do Not Track" signals.
6. Service Providers
We may use third-party companies and individuals to help operate the Service (for example, hosting, analytics, security, customer support, and payment processing). These providers may process information on our behalf under contractual obligations.
7. How Long We Retain Your Information
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and for legitimate business purposes, such as maintaining records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and complying with legal obligations.
If case tracking is enabled, we may retain receipt numbers and related tracking metadata for as long as you keep them in the Service. If you remove a case or request deletion, we will take reasonable steps to delete identifiable information, subject to legal and operational requirements.
8. Account Deletion and Data Removal
To request deletion of your account or information, contact us using the information in the "Contact Us" section. We may need to verify your request before processing it.
9. Compliance With Laws
We may disclose information where required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
10. Business Transactions
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable privacy protections.
