Effective date: January 01, 2026

This Limited Scope Representation Agreement ("Agreement") is provided for informational purposes and is intended to describe a limited-scope engagement when a user elects to purchase document review or consultation services from an independent third-party professional through a platform or workflow facilitated by Innovation36T LLC ("Innovation36T", "i36T").

Important: Innovation36T LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Any attorney-client relationship (if applicable) is solely between the client and the independent lawyer/law firm.

Innovation36T LLC is a United States company. This Agreement is intended to apply to users who purchase or use services through the platform from the United States, Canada, , Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, or any other country. However, the availability of legal services, the licensing of the independent Lawyer, and the rules governing the Lawyer’s professional obligations may vary by jurisdiction.

1. Matter

The client ("Client") wishes to engage an independent lawyer or law firm ("Lawyer") to provide a limited review of Client’s immigration-related application materials or other documents submitted by Client (the "Matter").

2. Limited Scope

Client and Lawyer agree that Lawyer’s representation is limited to the services expressly listed below (the "Limited Services"):

• Review documents and information provided by Client.
• Provide procedural guidance and general feedback related to completeness and consistency of the submitted materials.

Lawyer is not engaged to represent Client generally in the Matter, including but not limited to appearing in court, contacting USCIS or any other agency, responding to RFEs, filing forms, or providing services beyond the Limited Services unless separately agreed in writing.

3. Disclaimers

While performing the Limited Services, Lawyer:

• Does not promise or guarantee any outcome.
• May rely entirely on information Client provides and does not undertake independent investigation unless separately agreed.
• May advise that limited-scope representation is not appropriate and recommend additional services or different counsel.

4. Fee

Any fee for the Limited Services is determined by Lawyer (or the relevant provider) and agreed with Client at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed in writing, unused portions of pre-paid fees may be non-refundable.

5. Discontinuing the Representation

This Agreement ends when the Limited Services have been completed. Client may discontinue the Limited Services at any time by providing written notice to Lawyer. Lawyer may discontinue the Limited Services if permitted by applicable rules of professional conduct, including if continuing would be unlawful, unethical, or unreasonably difficult.
