- What it does: builds and runs ERP36T, a cloud ERP (business management) platform. It is an IT firm working across ERP, cybersecurity, cloud, hosting, networking and physical security. The platform and the practice around it are the same team.

Our approach#
Most ERP projects fail on process rather than software. We first work with clients on their organisational procedures and standardised processes, then fit the platform to them. That makes the first conversation slower, but go-live much shorter.
The team is made up of solutions architects. They have taken this platform into retail, supply chain, healthcare, manufacturing, education, finance, immigration services, e-commerce and telecommunications.
Three principles:
- Ready modules first. Start from what already runs. A proven module in production this quarter beats a bespoke one next year.
- Extend where it matters. Customisation is spent only where a requirement is genuinely yours. Everything else stays standard and upgradeable.
- Stay with it. Hosting, support and helpdesk are ours too. After go-live the platform has one owner, not three vendors pointing at each other.
One accountable partner: the same team provides implementation, hosting, helpdesk, cybersecurity, networking and security cameras, under one accountable contract.
