What ERP36T is#

ERP36T is the business management platform built and run by Innovation36T. Accounting, sales, purchasing, inventory, point of sale, CRM, HR and payroll, manufacturing and projects run on one database, with optional AI add-ons. A transaction is entered once and reflected everywhere.

  • It can be deployed in the cloud, in a private cloud or on-premise.
  • Plans start at $299 per month, with hosting, updates and standard support included.

Positioning: cloud ERP for distribution, 3PL and manufacturing, and 15+ more industries. Those include retail and POS, supermarkets, trading, e-commerce, FMCG, healthcare, education, construction, real estate, professional services, restaurants, automotive, and paralegal and immigration practices.

Buying model: "You buy a business solution, not a shopping list of modules."

  • The plan you choose already contains what your industry runs on.
  • Moving up a plan is a subscription change, not a new implementation.

The problem it solves#

"Your business shouldn't need five systems to run one operation." Every disconnected system is a place where a number is re-typed, a margin is guessed, and month-end takes a week. The cost isn't the licences; it's the reconciliation. Typical symptoms:

  • Accounting in one package, stock in another
  • The sales pipeline living in a spreadsheet
  • Payroll outsourced and invisible
  • Reporting assembled by hand, always a week old
  • Nobody able to say today's margin today

ERP36T puts financials, customers, inventory, purchasing, sales, people and operations on one database. A sale moves through stock, into accounting and onto the dashboard without being entered twice.

How one order runs through ERP36T#

This is a distribution order from the first quote to the posted payment:

Customer → Quote → Sales Order → Warehouse → Pick / Pack → Delivery → Invoice → Payment → Accounting

Every step writes to the same record, so stock, accounts and reporting agree without re-keying. The same single record runs a 3PL's storage and handling billing and a manufacturer's production orders.

The 21 core modules#

"Twenty-one suites, all in production." Each can be deployed on its own and interlinks with the rest. Your plan decides which are switched on; none is a separate purchase.

Standard on every plan#

These features are present on every module, in every plan. They aren't add-ons: they are how the platform behaves everywhere, so a workflow built in purchasing works the same way in HR.

FeatureWhat it does
Workflow engineConfigurable, business-rule-driven approval and process workflows
Custom fields & formsFields, forms and layouts changed without code
Print formats & PDFLetterheads, print formats and PDF export on every document
Notification & event schedulerAutomated reminders and scheduled events
Data upload & downloadBulk import and export across every module
Bulk record updateMass-edit thousands of records in one action
OAuth security with 2FASecure login with two-factor authentication
Granular user controlsPermissions down to the field, by role
Record history & audit trailWho changed what, when, and what it was before
Document managementFiles held against the records they belong to
To-do & task managementWork assigned where the work happens
Self-service web portalCustomers and staff serve themselves
Payment gatewayMoney collected where the order is taken
Legacy system integrationThe old system keeps running while the new one takes over
B2B & B2C integrationTrading partners and consumer channels connected directly
WhatsApp & TelegramOrders, confirmations and support on the channel customers answer
Google WorkspaceMail, calendar and files in step with the ERP
Multi-currencyTrade, report and reconcile without a parallel spreadsheet

Every plan also includes comments, mentions, tags, version history, export to Excel and CSV, multi-language and multi-UOM, SMS and social media integration. AI is not one of the standard features: it is an optional add-on (see "AI and automation" below).

Core capabilities, grouped by the problem they solve#

  • Intelligence & automation: dashboards, configurable workflows and an event scheduler that raises the exception before anyone looks for it, with optional AI packages on top.
  • Security, control & audit: OAuth with 2FA, field-level permissions, a full audit trail and compliance tools in the system that holds the evidence.
  • Working at volume: bulk upload, bulk record updates, document management and task assignment where the work happens.
  • Reaching customers & staff: WhatsApp, SMS, social, self-service portals and Google Workspace, all writing to the same records.
  • Fitting your landscape: legacy, B2B, B2C and payment gateway integration, plus your brand on the platform, not ours.
  • Operating across borders: multi-currency with real-time conversion, plus multi-company and multi-location as standard from Professional.

AI and automation#

AI is an optional add-on, priced separately from the ERP36T subscription and available on any plan. With an AI package you ask a question in plain language, in the ERP36T chat or on Telegram, instead of waiting for a report. Examples of what teams ask:

  • Which customer invoices are more than 60 days overdue?
  • What were sales by customer last month?
  • Which items are below their reorder level?
  • Which purchase orders are waiting for approval?
PackagePriceWhat it gives you
AI Basic$50 per monthAI chat inside ERP36T and on Telegram; questions about sales, customers, suppliers, stock, purchasing and invoices; works within each user's own ERP36T login and permissions; everyday business summaries
AI Advanced$100 per monthEverything in AI Basic, plus trends and management summaries, scheduled checks and alerts on Telegram (such as overdue receivables or low stock), creating and updating ERP records on request within the user's permissions, and reports as PDF or spreadsheet files. WhatsApp is available with integration.
Agentic AICustom quoteA dedicated AI agent designed around the company's data, processes, workflows and rules, quoted per company

Prices and the full comparison are in 03-pricing-and-plans.md.

Automation runs alongside, with or without an AI package:

  • approval workflows the business can change
  • reminders and scheduled reports by email
  • alerts when an exception needs attention

Analytics dashboards and KPIs make performance visible without a report request.

AI answers are drawn from your own records; review them before acting on anything important.

No ERP36T plan includes AI: the ERP subscription and the AI package are priced separately.

Security, control and audit#

"What an auditor asks for, without a project to produce it."

  • OAuth security with two-factor authentication
  • Granular permissions: access down to the field, by role
  • Audit trail: who changed what, when, and what it was before
  • Compliance tools in the system that holds the evidence
  • Multi-currency with real-time conversion
  • From Professional: advanced permission rules and restricted record views
  • On Enterprise: advanced security hardening and review, a disaster-recovery and backup policy, and restore testing

Deployment: three ways to run it#

OptionDescriptionPrice
CloudManaged shared infrastructure, sized for the platform it runsUpdates, backups and monitoring included in the subscription
Private cloudA dedicated environment under your own tenancy, for data-residency requirements or higher availability targetsPriced against the environment
On-premiseYour hardware, our platform. Networking, hardening and physical security are handled by the same team.Priced against the environment

Deployment by plan:

  • Starter and Business: Cloud
  • Professional: Dedicated Cloud
  • Enterprise: any option, with dedicated infrastructure and high availability

A hybrid is possible. For example, some customers keep production on-premise and run reporting in the cloud.

Languages and multi-country operation#

  • ERP interface: English, Spanish, Arabic, Urdu, Chinese and more.
    • Arabic and Urdu run right-to-left.
    • Each user works in the language they prefer, on the same records and the same reports.
  • Invoices: print formats can carry two languages (for example Arabic and English) with your letterhead.
  • Currencies: a multi-currency ledger with exchange-rate revaluation.
  • Companies and locations: multi-company with inter-company transactions and consolidated reporting from Professional. Multi-location, multi-warehouse and multi-branch are also available.
  • Tax: configurable tax templates, tax withholding and charges. For Saudi Arabia, VAT and ZATCA e-invoicing are supported; see 07-saudi-arabia-and-zatca.md.
  • Website languages: i36t.com itself is available in English, Arabic (/ar/), Urdu (/ur/) and Spanish (/es/).

Integrations#

ERP36T is API-first, so legacy systems keep working while the new one takes over. It connects to:

  • B2B and B2C channels
  • payment gateways
  • banks and bank feeds
  • marketplaces, carriers and logistics providers
  • e-commerce platforms
  • WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS and social media
  • Google Workspace

Integration depth by plan:

  • Starter: API integrations are Basic.
  • Business: API integrations are standard.
  • Professional: the REST API, webhooks, scheduled server scripts, legacy system integration, B2B and B2C integration, auto-repeat documents and bulk transaction processing are Advanced.
  • Enterprise: integrations are Custom.

Open foundation: ERP36T is built on an open-source foundation, so your data stays yours and can be exported.

Why ERP36T#

  1. One platform, one database. There is no integration layer between your own departments. Every module writes to the same ledger, so a transaction never stops at a boundary.
  2. Ready modules, then fitted. A rollout starts from something that already runs in production. Customisation is spent only where a requirement is genuinely yours.
  3. AI that works on your data. An optional AI package answers questions about your own records in plain language, in ERP36T and on Telegram, and helps carry out tasks. It is priced separately from the plan.
  4. Cloud, private or on-premise. Hosting, support and helpdesk come from us too, so the platform has one accountable owner after go-live.
  5. API-first integrations. B2B, B2C, payment gateways, WhatsApp and Google Workspace connect to the same records.
  6. No forced module fragmentation. The plan you choose already contains what your industry runs on.

How a rollout works: process first, then the system#

An ERP records how a business operates. If the operating procedure is unclear, the system inherits the confusion and makes it permanent.

StepWhat happens
1. DiscoverYour processes, volumes and the transactions that matter are mapped before anything is configured
2. ConfigureCompany setup, chart of accounts, roles, approvals and workflows are built against that map (in Saudi Arabia, also VAT and ZATCA e-invoicing)
3. MigrateCustomers, suppliers, items, opening balances and the history you need to keep
4. Go liveTraining, parallel run and go-live assistance, with our team in the room
5. OptimiseHosting, helpdesk and continuous improvement under one accountable contract

Timing:

  • The site's promise is "live in weeks, not quarters".
  • The cost calculator estimates go-live by company size: up to 200 employees takes 3 – 6 weeks; 201 – 500 employees takes 6 – 10 weeks; more than 500 is agreed per project.
  • Most customers start on one or two processes and widen once those are live.
