Terms of Service: key points#
- Accounts: provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and report suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Data: handled as described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of the Terms.
- Purchases: payments may be processed by third parties. Innovation36T does not store full payment card details.
- Paid service: fees, billing cycles, renewal terms and any refund policy are presented at the time of purchase or in an order form.
- No attorney-client relationship is created by using the service.
- Third-party professional services: any relationship with a third-party provider is between you and that provider.
- USCIS case tracking: if you give a USCIS receipt number, you authorise lookups through the USCIS Case Status API (or other USCIS case status endpoints). The results are informational, and their accuracy is not guaranteed.
- User content: you must have the rights to what you submit.
- Acceptable use: no unlawful use, no probing of systems or accounts, no disruption, no misrepresentation.
- Intellectual property: the service and its content belong to Innovation36T Technologies or its licensors.
- DMCA / copyright: report infringing content with enough detail to investigate.
- Third-party links: Innovation36T is not responsible for third-party content or practices.
- Warranties and liability: the service is provided "as is" and "as available". Warranties are disclaimed and liability is limited to the extent the law allows.
- Indemnification: users indemnify Innovation36T against claims from their use or breach.
- Termination: access may be suspended or terminated for violations or to protect the service.
- International use: the service is operated from the United States. The Terms apply wherever you access it, including the US, Canada, Saudi Arabia and Pakistan. You are responsible for your local laws.
- Governing law: the State of Texas. Disputes are first attempted in good faith.
- Changes: the effective date is revised when the Terms change. Continued use means acceptance.
Privacy Policy: key points#
- Log data: IP address, browser and device type, referring pages, approximate location from IP, and usage statistics.
- Cookies: used to operate the service, remember preferences, understand usage and improve performance. They can be controlled in the browser; disabling them may affect functionality.
- Google Analytics: used to understand how visitors use the pages (pages visited, time on page, device and browser, referrer, approximate location).
- Name, email and phone number are not sent to Google Analytics.
- Opt out via browser settings or Google's opt-out browser add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
- Live chat (tawk.to):
- tawk.to processes chat messages, any name or email you choose to give, and technical data (IP, browser, page), and uses cookies.
- Visitors should not share sensitive personal information in the chat.
- Information collected:
- identity and contact information (name, email, phone, business details)
- account information
- application or case information: USCIS receipt numbers are treated as PII
- limited payment confirmation details
- Uses:
- to provide and improve the service
- to perform case lookups at the user's direction
- to communicate
- to monitor for fraud and abuse
- to meet legal obligations
- Do Not Track: not all signals are honoured, because there is no consistent standard.
- Service providers: hosting, analytics, security, support and payment providers may process data under contract.
- Retention: kept as long as needed for the service and legitimate business purposes. Receipt numbers are kept while you keep them in the service. Deletion requests are honoured subject to legal and operational requirements.
- Account deletion: contact Innovation36T. The request may need verification.
- Legal disclosure and business transfers: as required by law, or as part of a merger, acquisition or similar transaction.
- Where data is stored: generally the United States. Users outside the US (including Canada, Saudi Arabia and Pakistan) consent, where required, to transfer and processing in the US and other locations.
- Security and breaches:
- Reasonable safeguards are in place, but no method is completely secure.
- Incidents are investigated, and people are notified where the law requires.
- Children: the service is not directed to children under 13.
- Regional rights:
- California residents: rights to information and deletion.
- EEA, Switzerland and UK: rights to access, correct, delete and restrict, to object, and to complain to a supervisory authority.
- Canada and Pakistan: rights under local law.
Representation Agreement: key points#
- Purpose: describes a limited-scope engagement when a user buys document review or consultation services from an independent third-party lawyer or law firm, through a platform or workflow that Innovation36T facilitates.
- Relationship: any attorney-client relationship is solely between the client and the independent lawyer.
- Matter: a limited review of the client's immigration-related application materials or other documents.
- Limited services:
- review of the documents and information provided
- procedural guidance and general feedback on completeness and consistency
- Not included unless separately agreed in writing: court appearances, contacting USCIS or any agency, responding to RFEs, filing forms, or anything beyond the limited services.
- Disclaimers:
- no outcome is promised
- the lawyer may rely entirely on the client's information
- the lawyer may recommend fuller services or different counsel
- Fees: set by the lawyer or provider and agreed at purchase. Unused pre-paid fees may be non-refundable unless the law or a written agreement says otherwise.
- Ending the engagement: it ends on completion. The client may end it by written notice; the lawyer may end it where professional conduct rules allow.
- Jurisdiction: it applies to users in the US, Canada, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan and elsewhere, but legal services and lawyer licensing vary by jurisdiction.
